Agreement

By using Kaida, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use our service.

What Kaida provides

Kaida provides design system components for Figma and code, helping designers and developers work together more effectively.

Your account

Creating an account:

• You must be at least 13 years old.
• Provide accurate information.
• Keep your password secure.

Your responsibility:

• You're responsible for all activity on your account.
• Notify us immediately if your account is compromised.

Payment and subscriptions

• Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance.
• You can cancel anytime (takes effect at the end of your billing period).
• We may change prices with 30 days' notice.
• No refunds for partial months, but contact us if there's an issue.

What you can and cannot do

You can:

• Use Kaida components in your projects.
• Share components with your team.
• Customize components for your needs.

You cannot:

• Resell or redistribute Kaida components as your own product.
• Share your account with others outside your subscription.
• Reverse engineer or copy our service.
• Use Kaida for anything illegal.
• Attempt to hack or disrupt our service.

Service availability

We work hard to keep Kaida running smoothly, but:

• We can't guarantee 100% uptime.
• We may need to do maintenance.
• Features may change or be discontinued.

We provide the service "as is" without warranties.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law:

• We're not liable for any lost profits, data, or indirect damages.
• Our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the last 12 months.

Termination

You can:

• Cancel your subscription anytime.
• Delete your account through settings.

You can:

• Suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms.
• Discontinue the service (we'll give you notice).

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We'll notify you of significant changes by email. Continued use means you accept the new terms.
